MADDspace LUNAR NEW YEAR LOYALTY PROMOTION Terms & Conditions 

 

MADDspace Lunar New Year Loyalty Promotion is a special offer that allows our students and parents to enjoy discounted classes, perks and privileges should they sign up for lessons for the entire year. The promotion is bounded by the Terms & Conditions below.

 

  1. MADDspace Lunar New Year Loyalty Promotion is valid for ALL new and existing MADDspace Chevrons & MADDspace Orchard customers who purchase their pass between 20th January to 6th February 2023.

  2. You may purchase more than one pass.

  3. MADDspace Credits Cashback is capped at $300 per student.

  4. MADDspace Cashback Credits will:

  • Not be exchangeable for cash.

  • Not be transferable from one student to another.

  • Not Applicable to classes that are not within the existing MADDspace schedule

 

MADDspace Cashback Credits CAN be applied to:

all transactions in MADDspace​

Your MADDspace Cashback Credits from this promotion will not expire, and will be valid for an unlimited amount of time

For all Private Vocals and Dance Packages:

​

Package of 26 lessons is valid for 7 months from the commencement of your first class in the Package
Extension of package validity will not be permitted, unless (a) The Studio reschedules the class (b) You have provided an official written request to info@maddspace.com.sg
The MADDspace Credits will be valid for lifetime and can be used for all transactions in MADDspace, including merchandise
All other MADDspace Terms & Conditions apply as per our Studio Terms & Conditions

There will be strictly no refunds

For all group class packages:

​

​The maximum number of unavailable dates permitted for a credit note is 5 for the entire year. You will need to fill this up before the start of every term to qualify for a credit note as stated in our MADDspace Terms & Conditions

MADDspace reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
